We aim to follow, implement, and promote good sustainability practices to maximise positive impacts and minimise negative impacts on tourism of our operations and to influence our clients and partners to do the same. We are committed to complying with the 17 SDGs and maintaining the 5P balance (People, Planet, Prosperity, Partnership, Peace).
Our Sustainability Policy is based on the three pillars of sustainability and is divided into 10 themes. Each theme consists of a set of principles and practical actions, and we strongly advise all our partners in the value chain to read and act accordingly.
